LGI Full Time Virtual Assistant $1500

1. Service Scope

Legacy Group shall provide customers with a dedicated full-time virtual assistant, who will be performing the following scope of work, during the US Time Zone, working closely with the customer:

  • Daily morning meetings with Customers to discuss priorities
  • Calling candidates seeking their interest & availability for respective courses
  • Scheduling meetings with Sr. Managers
  • Generating Call Reports
  • Submitting Candidate Status MIS Reports/Metrics either provided by Customer or preparing one as per agreed standards

2. Full-Time Virtual Assistant Service Subscription & Pricing

Legacy Group services are based on a subscription model, and the billings will be processed in pre-paid mode via an auto-debit payment system.

The full-time virtual assistant subscription translates to 160 hours of support and $1500 / month as service pricing. The obligation will be on the customer to provide a bare minimum of 160 hours of work.

Legacy Group shall provide customers with daily email status reports and monthly time sheets to support the work performed by Legacy Group staff.

The business process will commence upon receipt of clear payments, and the respective customers will be notified accordingly.

3. Logistics & Contract

The customer will provide the logistics such as job boards, data sources, customary databases, CRM/ATS and any other paid subscriptions, whichever may be required to accomplish the tasks/projects.

The customer agrees to engage Legacy Group support services by subscribing to full-time virtual assistant, where the payments will be made in advance each month. The contract will stand for a minimum of 6 months, and after the completion of the 6-month contract, the customer may cancel the subscription with a minimum of 1 month notice.

To safeguard customer interest, it will be Legacy Group’s responsibility to address any issues, challenges, and quality of service issues raised by the customer and resolve such issues.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

It will be Legacy Group’s responsibility to keep all business process information of the customer, confidential and agrees not to divulge, reveal the report, or use it for any purpose other than to use it for the tasks/projects/activities, assigned by the customer. Any leakage of such information will result in the termination of this service agreement.

Legacy Group office network is secured with advanced cybersecurity platforms & protection layers are installed with UNIX. All the staff is tracked with all their e-mailing and all-day activities, no one can use any of the customer’s logistics outside the Legacy Group office network. To make the operations more secure, Legacy Group has deployed an “ERP System” in place, which lets the respective researcher choose/select the respective customer’s logistics folder/file/shortcut, and they get signed in automatically instead of putting in a username & password. There will be certain logistics such as LinkedIn Recruiter the respective researcher will be using customary remote desktops to avoid challenges of LinkedIn password sharing issues.

5. No Competition/Breach of Trust

Legacy Group shall not involve in any activities, in becoming a competition to the customer’s line of business directly or indirectly.

The customers shall not approach any of the current or ex-employees of Legacy Group directly or indirectly for opportunities/business deals/any other business activity.

Both the customer & Legacy Group agrees to a No Competition in business and if either of the party is found breaching the No Competition/Breach of Trust agreement, the breaching party will be liable to pay Indian Rupees – 25,00,000/- (Twenty-Five Lacs, approx. $30,000).

6. Subscription Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions of a full-time virtual assistant will be effective from the date of subscribing and will be binding on both parties up to the termination of the said subscription, where both parties have to give 1 month’s upfront notice, after completion of the subscription contract 6-months.

The customer will have to clear any outstanding bills/invoices/payments towards Legacy Group, and Legacy Group will complete any ongoing projects/tasks/activities, etc.

In the event the Customer defaults on any payments, Legacy Group is authorized by the Customer to charge Customer’s Credit Card to clear any outstanding payments from the Customer to protect Legacy Group’s business interest.
